The Kroger Co. has built a network of national consultants and local commercial real estate brokers to represent it for a majority of the available properties. The remaining properties are handled directly by the individual company divisions and banners. The respective real estate departments will work directly with you on these opportunities (a contact list is available on the “Contacts” tab). You can search the entire portfolio of our closed stores and surplus assets for lease or for sale under all of our banners, or you can search available retail space and outparcels in our company-owned shopping centers.
All searches are initiated by selecting either the “Closed Stores For Sale/Lease” or “Shopping Center/Outlots” tabs. Simply click on the appropriate tab or corresponding line above. Then you can conduct searches by geography (using the interactive map), or more specific searches based on your desired criteria.
